This October Europe’s most significant Marketing event was held in Zurich for the 10th time. The conference was attended by the most influential Pharma marketing executives. 2010 was promised to be the biggest and best summit yet with keynote speeches and specialized tracks focusing on different sub-areas.
The recent changes in pharma industry call for experts who have the right tools to carry out effective marketing strategies. To be able to do so, one has to broaden his horizont, but in the meantime get all the detailed information he needs to succeed. Members of the pharma marketing world could find all this and more at the 10th Annual Pharma Marketing Summit. With the help of the real-life case studies and inspiring keynote sessions they discussed the topics of their field focusing on general goals and problems. After that all marketing experts could pick from a wide range of topics that covered all the smaller fields of pharma marketing. This way they had an excellent opportunity to learn about all the best practices with taking part in highly interactive roundtable discussions and workshops.
The conference had six focused tracks, so that everyone could find the specific topic they are the most interested in. Some worshops were focusing on how to engage all stakeholders, and how to work with all of them successfully. Another track helped pharma marketers to learn how to put patients first, and become truly patient-centric. A very popular track discussed the opportunities of e-marketing, and pointed out where it can be used most efficiently. Members of pharma marketing companies had the chance to examine case studies and understand how important pricing could be on the market. Other tracks focused on brand building strategies and the recent changes that formed the pharma business.
Other than experiencing the presentations of highly respected speakers, the summit was an excellent opportunity for networking, and having the chance to meet pharma marketing experts from 3 continents and 20 companies.
